Shreyansh co-founded Runix Tech Solutions in the UK in 2024, working at the intersection of business analysis, systems architecture and delivery. He leads every client relationship personally, from the first conversation about where a business wants to go, through to a fully trained team using what's been built.
His own background is in project management and change management: running a project from A to Z, rather than handing pieces of it off to different people along the way. That's the model the whole team works to, not just his own approach. One person stays accountable for the whole journey, from early strategy and feasibility through to deployment and training, backed by a technical team that carries the same accountability all the way through delivery, always checked against your organisation's actual vision and mission, not just the task in front of us.
Runix now runs across the UK and India: a dedicated team in the UK for direct, in-person client relationships, and a full technical delivery team in India for the depth and scale that real implementation needs. Same standards, same accountability, on both sides.
